PSI — Pool Service Intelligence

A separate intelligence platform that integrates with PoolCop.

PSI works with PoolCop data, field verification and service activity to give your team portfolio visibility, Pool Score and status, Needs Attention, chemistry intelligence, projected FAC / ALK / CYA, water intelligence, service operations, verified testing, alerts, logbooks and reporting.

PoolCop collects and controls. PSI analyzes, interprets, prioritizes and documents.
Needs attention

75 Pools.
You Shouldn't Have to Check 75 Pools.

PSI evaluates connected pool conditions so operators can begin with pools that deserve attention rather than opening every controller individually — and it shows not merely Pool = Developing, but Pool = Developing because ______.

Developing — Water Usage

Lakeside Club Pool

Surfaced by PSI water intelligence · 2 days before the next scheduled visit
  • Water usage above expected range — 2,612 gal added vs 1,377–2,562 expected (30 days).
  • Leak likelihood Elevated — persistent, unexplained use over 14 days.
  • Next step: review recent fills and inspect for a leak.
Developing — Chemistry

The Meridian Spa

Surfaced by PSI chemistry intelligence · verified SpinTouch test
  • Verified chemistry differs from the expected operating condition — alkalinity tested 63 ppm against a 60–80 ppm projection, pH 7.9.
  • ORP holding 700 mV; PoolCop dosing normally.
  • Next step: review current chemistry and recent feed activity on the Game Plan.
PSI doesn't just show data. It helps prioritize the work.

Chemistry intelligence

See More Than Today's Reading.

PSI combines connected controller data, chemical-feed activity, historical trends and verified field testing to provide a more complete picture of changing water conditions.

  • pH and ORP — current conditions with set points and historical trends.
  • Feed history — when chemicals were fed, for how long, and what happened afterward.
  • Latest Verified Test — the technician's SpinTouch or DPD result in the same view as the connected data.
  • Chemistry alerts — Needs Attention names the condition and the reason.

Know More Between Physical Tests.

PSI continuously projects key water conditions between verified physical tests, giving operators another layer of visibility into changing pool chemistry.

Every projection is locked in before the technician's result is entered, then graded against it. The confidence shown on each gauge is earned from this pool's own test history.

PSI uses connected operating data, chemical-feed activity and verified field testing to estimate key chemistry conditions between physical tests. Each new verified test provides another opportunity to compare the projection with the actual field result and evaluate model performance.

What a projection is — and isn't. A projected value is an estimate and an additional point of reference. It does not replace required physical testing and it does not control chemical feed.

PSI Pool Fill Diagnostics: water usage above expected, leak likelihood elevated, 30-day water usage trend against the expected range
Water intelligence · a real example

Know Where the Water Is Going.

PoolCop can tell PSI when water is being added. PSI adds context.

By comparing fill activity with expected water demand, environmental conditions, backwash activity and historical patterns, PSI helps operators understand whether water use makes sense.

PSI doesn't just know that the fill valve ran. It helps explain whether the water use makes sense.

Service operations

Connect Pool Intelligence to the People Servicing the Pool.

PSI connects automated monitoring with work performed at the pool, bringing machine data and human activity into the same operating record.

  • Verified testing — SpinTouch, DPD and test-kit results recorded on site, photo first.
  • Ambassador safety inspection & Senior Technician workflow — required checks receive a result; as-needed work is recorded only when performed.
  • Photos and issue reporting — findings carry a severity PSI decides; critical safety issues escalate immediately.
  • Completed service history — who responded, what was done, and what the next test showed.

Every Reading. Every Visit. Every Action.

PSI creates a centralized operating history so information is not scattered across controller screens, paper logs, text messages, photos and service tickets — controller readings, verified tests, service activity, alerts, notes, photos and completed actions, in one record per body of water.
